Has grown from 140 lbs. to 170 lbs. in the past two years. Leo is best described as one who does not enjoy the process of bodybuilding, but certainly enjoys the added muscularity. His genetics, combined with Rich's careful yet constant push has yielded some great results.

"Thank you for being so good at your profession. You have made the transition from doing my own thing to taking direction very easy. I went back and tracked how far we have come since first sitting down, writing down goals and laying out how to get there. Before we started working together I was hitting a wall, my form was bad, I was afraid of injury, so I didn’t lift heavy, and I was unable to markedly improve. In the 3 months that we have been lifting we have gone from not doing deadlifts, starting at 95 pounds, to doing sets at 285. My squats have gone from 95 pounds to 205, pull downs 120 to 200lbs, upright rows, from 80 lbs, to 175, leg press from 180 to 380, T-bar rows from 45 to 110lbs. Like most men, I always worked chest to death, but even there we have gone from 175 to 225, at decline bench and incline press with dumbbells, from 50’s to 75’s. I’m doing sets with weight I never imagined I would lift at all.

The workouts are always challenging but never harmful, and just when I start to get tired of the routine you have changed it up, which has kept my focus. You are always bringing nutritional knowledge and new lifting techniques to the table and are a wealth of general health information. It feels great to look forward to the next series of goals, knowing we will be successful, rather than getting intimidated by them. Consider me a very happy customer, I would recommend you to anyone who is serious about their health."

Michael was inspired to compete simply for the sheer experience and challenge of taking he stage at least once in his lifetime (how many get started). During his preparation, he became a legitimate competitive bodybuilder poised for future success if this family man chooses to do it again. He placed 7th out of 13 in a very competitive lineup at the NPC Natural Northern USA.
