Rich provides goal-oriented weight and cardio training programs, nutrition consultations and posing classes. He offers flexible levels of services as he can train people several times per week, once per week, less frequently or simply design training or nutrition programs in person or online.

PERSONAL & GROUP TRAINING:
Rich trains at his own gym, Beyond Limits Training, located at 294 East Long Street in Columbus, Ohio. His facility is open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for members and he trains Monday through Saturday during extended business hours. Regardless of your goal or experience level, he can help you!

Rich's techniques, exercise selection and constant attention to form clearly distinguish his style. His goal is to strengthen the entire body, cardiovascular conditioning, endurance and improve flexiblity. Whether advanced or novice, he will push you to achieve your individual goal. Progress is not made by simply what you do, but also how you do it! 

1-on-1 Training: $60 per hour or 6 for $300, $40 per half hour or 6 for $200
Group Training: $40 per hour or 6 for $200, $30 per half hour or 6 for $150

POSING CLASS & CLASSES:

Classes are a great affordable way to help you achieve your fitness goals.  Rich currently teaches Posing Classes and Hoover Dam fitness camps.  We will be rolling out a new Fall class schedule at Beyond Limits in September.

POSING CLASS - Saturdays at 1:30pm Figure & Fit Body, 2:15pm Bodybuilders

STRONGMAN/STRONGWOMAN - Saturdays at 11:30am 
Classes: $15 or 10 for $100
Strongman/Woman: 5 for $50

ONLINE PROGRAMMING/CONTEST PREP:

Rich has also helped people get into shape and prepare for competitions throughout the United States via online programming. He will first send you a questionnaire to better identify your goals and necessary information. Rich will then contact you to discuss your goals and how to succeed. He will then email your plan and answer any questions after receipt of the plan and along the way. Weekly and bi-weekly check-ins are required and online logs are recommended to increase accountability and keep you on track. If competing, he will communicate with you all the way up to prejudging and after.

Rich's client transformations include continual and moderate changes to diet and excercise over longer periods of time. He does not make huge swings and drastic techniques, but rather utilizes a health first attitude in all of his work. Nutrition plans utlize controlled amounts of low glycemic carbohydrates, adequate amounts of lean protein and essential fatty acids across multiple meals to ensure your very best results! 

Training Plan: $75 for 4-6 week plan
Nutrition Plan: $75 first time, $40 per update every 4-6 weeks
